System Support Manager (POS, RETAIL)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support standard and customized client modifications during project implementation.
  • Work directly with clients, partners, and team members in the design, analysis, development, implementation and testing.
  • Respond to client business and technical support requests requiring analysis and development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with a good understanding of retail store automation industry/ business process
  • Must have background in retail software
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
  • Must be amenable to work in Magallanes, Makati City
