RECRUITMENT LEAD

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The successful candidate shall create and suggest new sourcing methods to generate leads.
  • He/She shall provide directions and supervise the activities and work output of the sourcing team.
  • He/She shall manage the active pipeline and passive candidate database.
  • He/She shall also track the recruitment pipeline.
  • He/She shall take care of the recruitment end-to-end process

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with background / exposure in IT Industry
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Must be amenable to work in Magallanes, Makati City
