POS Technical Support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Successful Candidate shall be primarily responsible for analyzing specific solution to all POS system related problems and issues
  • He/ She shall liaise and coordinate with internal department head on client requests for enhancements and development ensuring service level requirements are met
  • He/ She shall lead clients’ business requirements analysis to understand their requirements and be able to present and document technical solutions
  • He/ She shall provide answer to all operational and application questions of clients and consult the customer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) work experience in implementing/configuring/supporting POS software system
  • Good grasp/ understanding of food and beverage operations is highly desirable
  • Candidate must have high levels of interpersonal and customer service orientation
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
  • Preferably with working experience in IT Consulting Industry
  • Must be amenable to work in Makati City in Magallanes, Makati City
