Technical Consultant (MS Dynamics NAV)

Responsibilities include:

  1. NAV system administration on projects
    1. Database set-up
    2. Provide Technical Training  on SYSTEM ADMIN
    3. Configure USER PROFILE
    4. Create PAGES, REPORTS
    5. Design technical workflow, process or reports  based on user’s requirement.
  2. Customization and developing new functionality as per client requirement (if any)
    1. Client Support (offsite and onsite)
      1. Provide solution to the client’s problem
      2. Customize told based on customer’s requirement
      3. Deploy the tool if required give proper training  to the client.

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, version 2009-RTC, Classic 5.0
  2. Knowledge of and experience with programming
  3.  Good communication skills
  4. Accurate, stress resistant, solution-oriented
  5. Customer focused
  6. Defining, designing, testing and implementing industry specific solutions on Microsoft Dynamics platform
  7. Experience and knowledge in programming with VB/ Java/ .NET/ C#, C, C++
  8. Proven skills and records in undertaking the full-cycle software developments
  9. Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
  10. Knowledge in database design and administration (MS SQL 2008 R 2, 2005 etc.) is an advantage
  11. Microsoft Dynamics Certificate(s) or other certificate on programming development will definitely be an advantage
  12. Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, business acumen and teamwork mindset
  13.  Providing support to customers in case of questions or emergencies
